Shifts in paradigms have always had points of tension.
Who is managing whose learning? Can anyone manage another’s learning? I manage my own knowledge. Despite teaching, guiding, facilitating, I cannot manage others’ knowledge. Only help in the learning process.
All learning is change.
All change is learning.
